Just throw the bulb where you want it in the tank and it’ll grown into a beautiful tiger lotus plant.  It will send runners to the surface of the water that look like lily pads.  Absolutely stunning centerpiece plant – one of my faves!

    I bought one on a whim at a fish expo and just chucked it in a tank with aqua soil figuring I’d decide what to do with it later. I let it sit for a bit and it rooted itself nicely so I left it. It’s been a couple months and it’s growing very nicely, more than doubled in size.

    Easy, no frills plant that really looks great with the dark red leaves. I highly recommend.
