Hey! I'm sorry if your lily showed up in rough shape! You can always email me if there is an issue with your order, i am here to help! Aquarium lilies have very thin delicate leaves, and they definitely can melt in transit - good news is that I only ship active sprouting bulbs that will continue to grow new plants over time. Give the bulb some time in your aquarium on top of your substrate and it will grow a fresh new lily for you in no time!
