Care Tips

  • CO₂ & Fertilization: While not necessary, CO₂ supplementation can enhance growth; occasional liquid fertilization can help maintain its health.
  • Temperature: Thrives in water temperatures between 68–82°F (20–28°C).
  • Water Conditions: Adapts well to a wide range of pH levels (6.0–7.5) and soft to moderately hard water.
  • Substrate & Placement: Can be attached to driftwood, rocks, or mesh using fishing line or thread. It can also be grown in nutrient-rich substrate.
  • Trimming & Maintenance: Trim to maintain shape and prevent overgrowth, especially in smaller tanks.

Propagation: Propagates easily by dividing the moss into smaller portions and reattaching them to new areas.
