Each botanical and leaf combo pack will have a mix of my small leaves, pods, and other botanicals that fit nicely in tanks anywhere from 3 to 20 gallon tanks without ruining the sense of scale. This pack will be enough for 2-3 tanks with a similar look as the picture. These are the same botanicals I use in all my Ram breeding tanks!
They enhance biofilm growth and release small amounts of tannins, they also provide antibacterial and antifungal properties in your water creating a more natural ecosystem for your tank’s inhabitants!
Pre-soak them in a bucket of dechlorinated water for a few days so they sink before using them! If you boil them they will break down much faster.
I am so happy with the botanicals packs that I received from Daku Aquatics! I have them in almost all of my tanks and the fish are healthier than ever. My shrimp and snails are really enjoying feeding on and around them as they very slowly begin to decompose. Will order again and highly recommend!
