These pods are commonly use as decoration, natural hideouts, and fish caves for nano fish!
They enhance biofilm growth and release small amounts of tannins, they also provide antibacterial and antifungal properties in your water creating a more natural ecosystem for your tank's inhabitants!
Pre-soak them in a bucket of dechlorinated water for a few days so they sink before using them! If you boil them they will break down much faster.
The palm pods arrived in perfect condition and are large enough for my
female alien Bettas and snails to go in.
The pods are very smooth so you don't have to worry about any injuries to your fish.
Looks small in picture but each one is the size of your palm very good for the price
