These pods are commonly use as decoration and food for shrimp and some fish!  If kept underwater, they also uncurl over time so keep that in mind!

They enhance biofilm growth and release small amounts of tannins, they also provide antibacterial and antifungal properties in your water creating a more natural ecosystem for your tank’s inhabitants!

To sink faster, bring them to a boil (2-3 minutes) then let soak for 1 day or so before using.
