Rotala Rotundifolia 'Orange Juice' is a stunning variant of the classic Rotala Rotundifolia, known for its vibrant orange and golden hues. This fast-growing stem plant brings warmth and contrast to aquascapes, making it a favorite for Dutch-style and nature-style planted tanks. Under optimal conditions, its leaves transition from bright green at the base to shades of yellow, orange, and deep red at the tips, creating a breathtaking color gradient.

Key Features

  • Bright Orange & Yellow Coloration: Adds a warm, fiery accent to aquascapes.
  • Fast-Growing Stem Plant: Provides lush, dense coverage with proper care.
  • Ideal for Midground & Background: Creates depth and contrast in planted tanks.

  • Water Conditions: Prefers a pH range of 6.0–7.5 and soft to moderately hard water.
  • Substrate: Grows best in nutrient-rich substrate or with root tabs.
  • Trimming & Maintenance: Regular trimming promotes bushy growth and prevents legginess.
  • Propagation: Easily propagated by cutting stems and replanting them in the substrate.
