Stringy Moss is a beautiful addition for aquascapers, but be prepared for its vigorous growth and manage it with good husbandry to keep it looking its best. It is also an excellent plant for fish breeding due to its ability to provide extensive cover and habitat for young fish (fry) and shrimp. Also effective for catching eggs and providing a safe haven for small aquatic life
I would like to start out by saying the customer service is absolutely amazing. I love the attentiveness to my location/weather/shipping. I live in New York and we had a snow storm and Daku was on it! I was notified my order would be held until weather gets warms. To obviously ensure my package arrived alive and healthy, which is something I’ve never experienced with any other company. That right there in the tankers world is unmatched and so appreciated. Biggest worry when ordering online is “is it going to come alive?” “will it survive shipping?” If you order from daku you are in the best hands! Let alone the abundant amount of product you receive. Especially when it comes to ordering things like moss, I’m always getting such tiny amounts, I ordered two orders of moss.. expecting them to be minuscule based on Daku’s pricing. To my surprise I was given two softball size clusters of beautiful, healthy, vibrant moss!! I couldn’t be happier, seeing that bright green in this box made my aquatic little heart burst! If I didn’t have bills and could throw my whole paycheck at this company I would! Please don’t waste time with other online sellers, take it from me of years of ordering plants/fish online.
